NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the FOUNDING MEETING of THE HARKER’S YARD GIG ASSOCIATION (HYGA) will be held on Friday 27 September 2019 upstairs at Wivenhoe Sailing Club, Walter Radcliffe Rd, Wivenhoe, Colchester, CO7 9WS at 2030 for the following purposes:-

1. To adopt the Constitution of the HYGA ( https://harkersyardrowers.teamapp.com/documents/680528-hyga-draft-constitution )
3. To elect the officers of the HYGA
4. To choose a logo design for the HYGA

BY ORDER OF THE HYGA WORKING GROUP

NOTE

Full details of the business of the meeting, including a list of founding members and names of nominees for election as officers, will be published on https://harkersyardrowers.teamapp.com/events/9406704 no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.

All individuals who row in Harker’s Yard Gigs are invited to attend the meeting and help choose the HYGA logo design.

Only Full Members of the HYGA will be permitted to vote in accordance with 3. part (g) of the Constitution.

All attending are encouraged to stay on for a celebratory drink at the WSC club bar.
